What is the minimum age to work at Town & Country?

Due to the machines, equipment and type of work performed at Town & Country, associates must be 18 years old for most positions. Occasionally there may be an exception to this rule for candidates over the age of 16 - so please complete an application even if you feel your age may be a concern.
