Branch Manager
If you're looking to lead a team and would like to run a business as if it were your own, branch management will definitely appeal to you. Branch managers are responsible for day-to-day operations - managing associates, merchandising, budgeting, marketing and more - plus overall profitability of their branches.
Delivery Driver
Our delivery drivers are so much more than truck drivers. They are often the only Town & Country representatives seen by crews at the job site. Besides loading and unloading materials, our drivers must demonstrate Town & Country's commitment to total customer service and satisfaction every day.
Inside Sales
An Inside Sales Associate is often a customer's first contact with Town & Country. Our inside sales team members place orders for customers and provide information and assistance with product requirements, delivery concerns, pricing and more.
Outside Sales
Members of Town & Country's sales team continuously promote and sell Town & Country's products and services. They are responsible for creating new accounts, meeting sales goals and maintaining the professional image of Town & Country.
Warehouse Manager
Warehouse Managers work closely with their Branch Managers to maintain appropriate inventory levels and to ensure that the warehouse and delivery system operate safely and effectively.
Material Handler
Warehouse Material Handlers work with Town & Country's products - organizing inventory, loading and unloading trucks, picking and staging materials, and assisting customers with their orders.
