Do you have a comment or an issue that needs to be addressed? Our branch managers have the authority to resolve most customer concerns. In the rare event that your issue is not being addressed to your satisfaction, call our toll-free Customer Satisfaction Hotline number and we will direct your comments to the people who can best assist you.

We are committed to your satisfaction and have developed a process that makes sure all comments are addressed quickly and effectively.

Customer Satisfaction Survey

We want to ensure that the Town & Country buying experience is what you expect from your preferred supplier.  That's why we ask our customers to rate their satisfaction with us, from initial order to final invoice.  We want to make sure we are meeting your needs and exceeding your expectations.

You may receive a call asking you to take our Customer satisfaction Survey.  Please take time to let us know how we're doing.  If the call is at an inconvenient time, please ask the surveyor to call back at a better time.  If you do not wish to participate, simply let the surveyor know.  We may send you a questionnaire by mail for your convenience.

We use your survey responses to measure our performance so we can continuously improve our service levels.  We also take this opportunity to gather comments, suggestions or issues from our customers.  Your feedback is extremely valuable to us.  We appreciate and thank you for taking the time to help us serve you better.
